Welcome

Hi, I’m Bridget Buchko, LCMHC—a licensed clinical mental health counselor providing telehealth services to adults across New Hampshire.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, OCD, disordered eating, life transitions, and cancer survivorship. My work is rooted in evidence-based approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I aim to offer a compassionate, person-centered space where you can reconnect with your values, build a healthier relationship with food, and move beyond perfectionism.

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Plymouth State University and hold a certificate in Eating Disorder Studies from the university’s Eating Disorder Institute. I'm a proud member of the American Counseling Association and currently serve on the advisory board of OCD NH, an organization dedicated to education and advocacy for OCD.

Whether you're adjusting to a major life change or working toward more intentional living, I’m here to support your journey toward clarity, resilience, and lasting change.

My Approach

At Tulip Counseling Services, I take a person-centered, values-driven approach to therapy. I see you as the expert on your life—and I’m here to support you with curiosity, compassion, and collaboration.

In our work together, you can expect warmth, humor, and a gentle but honest approach to challenge. Therapy with me is an active, engaging process where we explore what's holding you back and take real steps toward the life you want to live.
